Harris County	Dispatch public safety vehicles to incidents.
	Coordinate incident response with emergency dispatch agencies, any municipal TOCs, and the GDOT Atlanta TMC for incidents on state facilities.

HCTRA	Responsible for the dissemination of traffic related data to other centers and the media.
	Remotely control traffic and video sensors to support incident detection and verification.

Houston Galveston Area Council	Dispatch service patrol vehicles along regional freeways.
